Living room: Sofa & chair, coffee table, flat screen tv / Blu-ray, additional sleeper sofa & table.
Dining room: Round oak table with 2 leaves easily seats 8
people, hutch with games & office supplies, 2 bookshelves filled with books.
Kitchen: Dishwasher, full sized range, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, coffee grinder, tea kettle, service ware for 8 (plates, bowls & flatware), fully stocked kitchen includes cook ware set, knife set, crock pot, hand mixer, blender, bake-ware.
Deck: table w/ 4 chairs, additional chairs, charcoal bbq, gas bbq.
Shed has 2 cruiser bikes with helmets & locks, pak-n-play, high chair, and memory foam mattress to put on the sleeper sofa.
